This property served exactly the purpose we needed. A one-night stop on the way up to the coast. Room was basic but clean and comfortable, including the linens. They were kind enough to let my husband get into the room a bit early, as he was arriving earlier than myself and without transportation. They even provided a sheet and treats for our pup. Staff was friendly and we had everything we needed, including a spacious mini-fridge that was so helpful. We commend the property and staff on providing such an easy, comfortable stay.

This was our second stay at this property, and have had a great experience both times. The location is great, the rooms were very clean. The bed was comfortable and the lounge chair was an added bonus. Every staff member that we came in contact with were very friendly, and we were checked in quickly. We did not take advantage of the breakfast but my husband loves the 24 hour coffee and lemon water in reception. They are pet friendly👍🏼 We are looking forward to returning in two weeks for another Dr. appointment😊

I like the fairly easy check in process. I did have to wait around for a bit as no one was at the desk. I attended my mother’s funeral in sweet home earlier that day and it was a rough day and week. So I needed service. My bed was very comfortable. And I slept very well. Bigger coffee cups are needed and real half and half should be provided as the flavored coffee mate is junk food. It’s my little hub when I visit my family in Portland from California. Thanks

Special stand outs were Brianna (Front desk), Crystal (Front desk), Yvonne (Front desk) and Manny (General Manager). They all made our stay wonderful. Maria in the breakfast room was awesome. She kept everything stocked and clean. We will definitely stay here again.

Staff was amazing! I’ve never had such good customer service at a hotel before. Breakfast was very good also with a staff member in the dining room refilling breakfast items. Indoor pool and hot tub was very nice. Fresh coffee and ice water in the lobby. Did I mention how awesome the staff was?🙂
